EPN Recommends Class-Based Approach to PFAS to Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works

EPN sent a letter to Chairman Carper and Ranking Member Capito of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works in response to a hearing on “PFAS: the View from Affected Citizens and States.” EPN referenced its recommendations to Administrator Regan, urging EPA to move away from a chemical-by-chemical approach and embrace a comprehensive class-based approach to PFAS.
