You’ve Been Selected for a Community Change Grant: Resources to Help You Get Awarded

EPA Community Change Grant selectees have a number of pre-award requirements and milestones to be met before signing their cooperative agreements with EPA. In order to streamline this process and provide support, we have created an Introduction and Checklist to guide entities through grant negotiations and to grant award acceptance.

In addition, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, we held a webinar to go over the Introduction and Checklist steps, provide information, and answer questions. If you were unable to attend, you can now access the webinar slides and a recording. To request 1:1 support, please email epa-support@trccompanies.com.

Starting October 24, 2024, EPN began hosting biweekly Group Learning Sessions to help Community Change Grants recipients reach agreement with EPA and receive their full award. At the Leaning Sessions, selectees can ask questions, connect with other selectees, exchange information, and meet members of the private consulting firm TRC, that EPN has hired to provide these services pro bono. The learning sessions take place every two weeks on Thursdays from 2-3 pm ET. If your entity has been selected for a CCG award and would like to join these sessions, please reach out to genesis.sanchez@environmentalprotectionnetwork.org.

Please keep in mind that feedback on the current resources and suggestions for additional materials are welcome. Please send an email to kathy.pope@environmentalprotectionnetwork.org if you have recommendations.
