On Monday, October 17, 2022, in partnership with the EPA Alumni Association, EPN conducted a virtual roundtable event with Arkansas Baptist College, a historically Black institution in Little Rock, Arkansas. This event was part of our efforts to complement EPA’s objective to diversify its workforce by holding discussions with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs). EPA alumni opened the discussion by sharing their experiences working in the agency, and an EPA human resources administrator followed with a presentation on various career-entry pathways for students and recent graduates.
