Strong Prosperous and Resilient Communities Challenge (SPARCC) and its supporting partners, Emerald Cities Collaborative and the People’s Climate Innovation Center, produced a report about lessons learned from frontline organizations on accessing federal funding opportunities.
In order to gain a full appreciation for the opportunities and challenges arising from this moment, SPARCC and its partners spoke with leaders rooted in frontline communities. Conversations with these leaders about the work of their organizations surfaced insights about how they perceive these opportunities and the ways, if at all, that they are interacting or planning to interact with these opportunities.
