On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, in partnership with the EPA Alumni Association, EPN conducted an educational roundtable event with Northeastern State University, a Tribal College in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This event was part of our efforts to help diversify EPA’s workforce by holding events at Tribal Colleges and Universities, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and other Minority Serving Institutions. Randy Gee (Mvskoke/Diné), Regional Indian Coordinator, EPA Region 6, moderated the panel, which included former and current EPA employees with Mvskoke, Diné, Cherokee Nation, and Chippewa Cree Tribe of Rocky Boy Montana affiliations. A 30-minute Q&A session followed the panel discussion.
